We run social groups in Hammersmith, Ealing, Sutton, Croydon and Hanwell. These groups are a great opportunity for people to meet each other, have fun, get information about wellbeing and to be part of a community.
Each group costs £5 and includes refreshments, games and exercises. We also organise talks, therapy dog visits and local lunch outings.
