We're hiring - Wellbeing Manager Wellbeing Manager- London Irish Centre charity £32,000 - 35 hours per week Deadline: Monday the 19th at March at 10am. We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational leader to join the team at the London Irish Centre Charity to manage our Elders and Wellbeing service. As Wellbeing Manager you will lead the team ensuring clients receive the highest standards of support, embedding existing good practice and driving service improvements. The service, which includes our Camden Day Centre and 6 Social Groups in London is available to Irish people who find it difficult to manage in their own homes because of frailty and or ill-health. Our clients present with a range of needs from housing, welfare, mental health and physical health issues and our Day Centre and social groups provide essential services such as food, advice and support. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of these services, including day-to-day management, service development, budgeting, and impact assessment. The successful individual will have experience of working with vulnerable clients and managing programmes or services. You will have experience of proactively managing the performance, attendance, and conduct of staff, and the ability to motivate and engage a tram to achieve results. You will be passionate about developing and improving services, and take a creative and innovative approach to service development.
