'Ióga' is the Irish word for Yoga!

Join us at the London Irish Centre for weekly yoga with Aisling - our Yin Yoga course takes place every Tuesday evening at 8:15pm. 

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time, creating a slow and meditative practice. This class is about building patience and awarenss in the calm.

Yoga is a great way to strengthen the body and calm the mind. Best of all, yoga is for everyone. Classes are open to all levels, including complete beginners.

All equipment is provided. Wear comfortable clothes, suitable for light exercise - For yin yoga, please bring a jumper and socks.

Payment: 10 classes for £45 (Buy 9 classes, get the 10th free) or £5 per class on a drop in basis. Payments directly to the instructor, cash or card accepted. Payments are not refundable if a student does not attend a class paid for ahead of schedule.
