Mind Yourself supports the health and well-being of Irish people in London. It runs a number of groups and activities that aim to engage members of the community and reduce social isolation.

Tuesday 26th June in the Kennedy Hall

  • Mindfulness

    Helps to de-stress by concentrating on the present moment

  • Kew Gardens
    1:00pm - 4:30pm

    Meet at Camden Road Station at 1pm. We will get the overground to Kew Gardens to walk and admire the beautiful surroundings.

You can pay for each of these on the door on the day.
