Mind Yourself supports the health and well-being of Irish people in London. It runs a number of groups and activities that aim to engage members of the community and reduce social isolation.

    This class will improve your strength, flexibility and co-ordination. Suitable for all levels of fitness

  • Lunch Club
    12:00 - 2:00pm

    Two-course subsidised meal with tea & coffee's

    2:00 - 4:30pm

    Sing all your cares away at this friendly group
    Cost: £1.00

  • Tai Chi
    4:30 - 5:30pm

    Introduction to traditional Chinese exercise
