Mind Yourself supports the health and well-being of Irish people in London. It runs a number of groups and activities that aim to engage members of the community and reduce social isolation.

    This class will improve your strength, flexibility and co-ordination. Suitable for all levels of fitness
    Cost: £1.00

  • Lunch Club
    12:00 - 2:00pm

    Two-course subsidised meal with tea & coffee's 

  • Knit and Natter
    2:30 - 4:30pm
    £1

You can pay for each of these on the door on the day. 

 This venue is wheelchair accessible
