The Irish Rambling House is a Show packed with traditional Irish music, storytelling, song and dance and set in an old style Irish kitchen of yesteryear - as traditional as it gets!

The show is famous for its Humour - If laughter is the best medicine then the Irish Rambling House Show is the prescription!

The project is a voluntary/community effort totally not-for-profit. It arose out of a local radio programme by Joe Harrington in Limerick in the late 1990's in which a lot of Irish traditional talent was uncovered.

Kay O'Leary and Joe then organised a show that sold out University Limerick Concert Hall twice - in 2000 and 2001.

Responding to requests to take the show to England to “entertain the exiles”, Kay and Joe organised tours taking in four or five venues each year.

The proceeds of the University Limerick Concerts helped fund the venture to England. One of the longest running Shows coming over to England, this year, 2018, will be a landmark 20th tour of the Irish Rambling House.
