Head Chef Peter Gowen originates from Cork, Ireland and has been a head Chef for over 20 years. Peter’s passion for food lead him into the hospitality industry and to London where he has learnt his craft in the most exclusive kitchens from the Chelsea Barracks to Fulham Football Club and is now delighted to have made The London Irish Centre his creative kitchen. His dedicated team produces delicious food from the best raw natural ingredients and uses traditional Irish recipes and methodology.
