LORE - Stories from the Irish in London
We're delighted to be partnering with Barry Fitzgerald and Dare Say Theatre on a new project called LORE.
You're invited to come along and find out more on September 28th.
Dare Say Theatre are looking for people who identify as Irish for an exciting new project called LORE.
Come along to the London Irish Centre (50-52 Camden Square, NW1 9XB) at 7pm on Wednesday 28th Sept for a cup of tea and a chat with director, Barry Fitzgerald, to find out more.
2016 is the centenary of the 1916 Easter Rising in Ireland and throughout the year Dare Say Theatre are recording the experiences of the Irish-identifying community in London and arranging these diverse stories into a podcast.
We want to speak to anyone who identifies as culturally Irish, whether they are fresh off the boat or have ancestors who departed Ireland years ago. We are actively encouraging people of all ages and ethnicities to take part.
This will be a fantastic opportunity to share your story so if you have an Irish connection we want to hear from you.
Made in partnership with the London Irish Centre.
