Civil wedding ceremonies have not been restricted to registry offices since the mid 1990s and numerous venues in London, including ours, have been awarded civil licences allowing for wedding ceremonies to take place. The London Irish Centre has been registered to hold Wedding Ceremonies for several years now. This can help to make your wedding day plans so much easier, as we can also accommodate the reception in one of our many sized suites or banqueting rooms.

Licensed by the Borough of Camden to hold Civil Ceremonies, we have the option of several sized suites or rooms to suit your requirements.
Based in Camden, close to central London with excellent transport links – and outside of the Congestion Charge Zone – the London Irish Centre is the perfect location to hold your wedding ceremony.
Our various sized rooms and banqueting suites should be able to match the requirements of any wedding ceremony, with our available venue capacity ranging from 30 guests to 300 guests. The perfect solution for your requirements and most wedding ceremony venues in London.
The Presidential Suite, which is probably the most suitable wedding ceremony venue amongst our rooms, can accommodate up to 100 seated guests. The arrangement of the seating plan is flexible to your requirements. This modern designed room with it’s polished wooden floor is fully air-conditioned and benefits from plenty of natural daylight. The view from the room leads across the tree-lined garden square of Camden Square. It is the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony in London, with the option of a drinks reception following the ceremony in one of the other rooms or spaces at our venue. We can also accommodate your wedding reception at our venue.
Our largest wedding ceremony venue for hire is the McNamara Suite - it holds up to 300 seated guests with flexible sitting arrangements. With it’s large polished wooden floor, there is ample space to accommodate your wedding guests, for those larger wedding parties, making it one of the largest wedding ceremony venues in London. The suite has air-conditioning and a microphone and speaker system, if required. Following your wedding ceremony, we can supply a drinks reception and the full wedding reception at our London venue.
We also have two smaller sized rooms for hire which are suitable for a small wedding ceremony, the rooms holding up to 30 and 35 wedding guests.
Our Library Room, with it’s traditional artwork and large book cabinet, is brightly designed with plenty of natural sunlight and polished wooden floors – it makes for the perfect setting for a small wedding ceremony venue in London.
The Conference Room on the first floor is also an ideal smaller wedding ceremony venue – the room can accommodate up to 30 seated guests, with a flexible seating arrangement. This intimate space can be decorated with flowers and a drinks reception can be arranged to follow the wedding ceremony.
