Conference Venue Hire in London – our venue has several spaces suitable for conferences, ranging in size to accommodate for groups of up to 300 people. All our conference spaces are equipped with up-to-date Multimedia Audio Visual Systems that make the running of your conference or event as professional as possible.

Our conference venue has close local transport links, with Camden Town tube station five minutes away. On the day of your conference, we can also supply refreshments.

The London Irish Centre is the perfect place to hold a London conference with excellent transport links into central London and conference spaces to hold from 10 to 300 people. Equipped with conference facilities and the option to arrange refreshments and lunches for your conference delegates, you should find all your requirements fulfilled.

Conference Rooms & Suites

Our various sized conference suites and rooms should enable us to match most requirements, along with our modern multimedia facilities we should be able to help most London conferences run as smoothly as possible.

Our largest conference venue for hire is the McNamara Suite – it holds up to 300 seated guests with flexible sitting arrangements. It can be arranged in theatre style or cabaret style with tables. The suite is equipped with a modern Multimedia Audio Visual System, with projector screens, microphones and a PA system. The conference venue is fully air-conditioned with refreshments and a bar facility available. The suite also has wi-fi installed.

The next largest conference venue is the Presidential Suite, which can accommodate up to 100 seated guests. This suite also has flexible sitting arrangements, so it can be arranged in theatre style or cabaret style with tables, depending on the requirement of your conference. This suite is also ideal for training workshops and presentations. This conference suite is equipped with a Multimedia Audio Visual System, with projector screens, microphones and a PA system. This conference venue is based on our first floor and is fully air-conditioned. Refreshments can be arranged on request. The suite also has wi-fi installed.

For a smaller sized conference venue, also on the first floor, we have our Conference Room available for hire – it is suitable for smaller groups of up to 30 seated guests. The seating arrangements are flexible, so this could also be used as a meeting room around a large table. The small capacity also lends itself as the perfect place for training courses or for giving a presentation. The this smaller conference room also has the Multimedia Audio Visual System available to facilitate the purpose of your specific event.

Our final conference room, again for the smaller sized conference, is our Library Room. This room can accommodate up to 35 people. There is also a Multimedia Audio Visual System in this room. In addition to small conferences, this brightly designed room can also accommodate meetings, training courses, receptions or private parties.

Bert Hellinger Workshop & Conference

The conference venue was based in the McNamara Suite of The London Irish Centre and accommodated 220 delegates for a weekend of events, including lectures, workshops and role-plays. The main focus in which Bert Hellinger worked was in the centre of the large suite, so the seats for the delegates were arranged in a semi-circle around the centre of the hall. For his lectures, Bert used our in-house microphones which allowed people to hear him clearly through the speakers or induction loop for those requiring assistance with their hearing. The conference ran over the Saturday and the Sunday, with several breaks throughout the day where refreshments were served. The whole event was also filmed, with three raised platforms around the edge of the semi-circle. The whole event was a major success and the organisers were delighted with our conference facilities, the venue, our service and the positive feedback from the delegates who attended the conference.
