G.A.A.

Gaelic games (www.gaa.ie) form a huge part of community life in Ireland. The London Irish Centre is delighted to bring the game and its spirit to North London.

What is The Gaelic Kickabout?

A weekly Gaelic football kickabout in Finsbury Park (every Sunday @ 12.30pm), followed by an optional thirst-quencher in front of whatever game is on the box.

Who is it for?

Anyone with an interest in Gaelic football. Come along, have a run and a kickabout, and meet like-minded Gaelic fans. More importantly, have a laugh.

Why?

To promote the game, to build friendships and community, and to have a laugh.

F.A.Q.

I haven’t played in ages (or ever) – can I come?
Yes, the more the merrier. We can show you the basics.

I’m an experienced player, is this for me?
Yes, you’ll get quality training and make good contacts on the London G.A.A. scene.

Is this a men-only thing?
Not at all. All are welcome.

Where do you meet?
Outside the Twelve Pins Pub at 12.25. Call Luke on 07886355626 if you’re lost or late.

Mail culture@irishcentre.org with any queries.
