London Irish Playgroup
Date: February 25, 2017
Venue: Kennedy Hall, London Irish Centre, NW1 9XB
We welcome you and your children to come and play at our new Irish Playgroup.
A group of parents who run a free Irish themed play-group supported by the London Irish Centre. Our aim is to give our young children fun experiences with the Irish language, songs, rhymes, music and the wider culture. We take turns in singing songs, reading stories, playing games but most of the time we're just having a chat about all sorts!
WHEN AND WHERE?
Our stay-and-play meet-ups happen on the last Saturday of the month from 12-2pm in the Kennedy Hall to the rear of the London Irish Centre, 50-52 Camden Square, London NW1 9XB. There is free on-street parking in the area and the Kennedy Hall is easily accessible with buggies with only a small step from the street.
Parents are required to be responsible for their own children at all times. The two volunteer parent/organisers have enhanced DBS clearances. Parents are asked to bring along any toys and books that they are happy to share with other children during the session. The London Irish Centre gives us free use of the Kennedy Hall and the adjoining library, which is has a good selection of children's books in Irish and English.
If you've any questions or suggestions, please get in touch by posting in this group or email parent/organiser James on firstname.lastname@example.org
